The ACLS HeartCode is the AHA’s blended learning delivery method that provides quality resuscitation education regardless of where providers are located and gives you more control to complete the online modules at your own pace. First, providers must complete the online portion of the ACLS Heartcode and then complete a hands-on skills session with an AHA ACLS Instructor to receive certification. This course has been updated to contain the current 2020 AHA Guidelines for CPR and ECG.
Time to complete the online portion and skills validation will vary based on the experience and knowledge of the provider.
Access to the ACLS Provider Manual eBook is included with the ACLS Heartcode. You will be able to access the Provider Manual within the course.
E-cards assigned after successful completion of the online course and skills session is considered valid/in-date for 2 years.
