EMT PORTFOLIO SKILL SHEETS

  • You will be required to complete a psychomotor exam to become an EMT.

    The State of Indiana utilizes these Skill Sheets for their psychomotor assessments of each candidate. It is important to familiarize yourself with them.

  • Each of the following skills must be successfully performed in front of an evaluator to complete your required Skills Portfolio:

    • 12 Lead Acquisition
